I don’t have as much anxiety

Anxiety is a perfectly normal reaction. But for those who suffer from an anxiety disorder, their fears and worries don’t diminish whenever the issue is resolved, and in most cases, their anxiety escalates over time and gradually it interferes with life. The National Institute of Mental Health has concluded that anxiety disorder is the most prevalent mental illness. Panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, other phobias and social anxiety disorder are all the result of abnormalities in the brain. These all currently affect forty million adults. Symptoms can include shortness of breath, increase heart rate, nausea, chest pain, shaking, trembling, tingling, choking, lightheadedness, and loss of control. Medications that are most often used to treat symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks have been linked to an expansive list of side effects. These side effects are dizziness, headaches, fatigue, weight fluctuation, sexual dysfunction, and long-term damage of the heart and lungs! But fortunately, a safe, natural and alternative treatment is having lots of success. CBD, a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, works on the cellular level and it really provides a calm and serene feeling.  It interfaces with the natural endocannabinoid systems (ECS) in the body which manage a number of the body’s capacities, including mood and stress recuperation. CBD can also affect a neurotransmitter called GABA, which sends messages from one brain cell to another brain cell. Introducing CBD lessens anxiety and quiets the sensory system. It also assists with rest and unwinds the muscles, and plus, CBD does not cause a high sensation. CBD doesn’t have any of the psychoactive effects of THC. It simply inhibits dopamine release, boosts serotonin receptors, and reduces hypothalamic activity.
