I like reading about cannabis on my tablet while I’m on my lunch break at work

My job is getting more stressful as my boss ramps up overtime work for the next few weeks.

It’s an effort to make up for being slow this season on our quotas. I work as a transcriber for various industries and spend my shifts listening to audio and quickly recording everything by typing it all out, word for word. It’s a tough job and the difficulty of the work isn’t always consistent. Somedays I get audio that is really difficult to make out, causing me to slow down in my speed. I just wish that my boss understood the difficulty of it all better than he does, but it seems like we’re all getting chewed everyday at work regardless of how much we plead with him. The only respite I get during my shift is when I get to walk outside for my lunch break. I like to bring a large meal and sit at one of the picnic tables that is in constant shade. Sometimes I play games on my phone or I read on my tablet. Since I’m trying to get more reading done, I’ve been using my tablet almost everyday. Lately I’ve been researching cannabis on my lunch breaks. I’ve been purchasing marijuana from cannabis dispensaries for years but I have to admit that I don’t know all that much about the plant besides the difference between sativa, indica, and hybrid strains. I decided to purchase a book about cannabis extraction and learned about how cannabis oil is created and how it is used as the base ingredient for marijuana tinctures, topicals, vaporizer cartridges, edibles, and smokable concentrates. I’m fascinated by the entire process behind extracting THC and other cannabinoids from the marijuana plant.
