I am an avid coffee drinker, but I have to be careful about what brands I purchase and drink.
Some coffee makes me feel amazing with little negative side effects while cheaper coffee can give me anxiety and mood swings.
I figured this out recently when the grocery store was out of stock of my favorite kind of coffee that I typically drink several times each day. I bought a different brand without thinking a second thought about it, but I knew something was wrong when I was extremely anxious for the third day straight right after finishing my first cup of coffee for the day. Unless there is other stress going on in my life, this is abnormal for me. Usually my first cup of coffee for the day gives me energy and actually relieves some of my stress. Granted, my last cup of coffee for the day sometimes brings anxiety if I make it too strong, but that is a difference of eight to nine hours. This happened with marijuana recently when my favorite cannabis dispensary no longer had flower products available that day. I really wanted marijuana because I had run out the night before, so I took a chance and ordered a batch of Blue Dream flower buds from a new legal marijuana delivery service. Since Blue Dream is one of my favorite strains, I figured that was a safe bet. But when I tried the cannabis flower products when they arrived, I was seriously disappointed. The effects were unpleasant and it tasted slightly moldy. And when I went to put the cannabis in my grinder, it basically turned to dust because the flower was so dry.
