Promotion to a dispensary manager

My mother has worked in the medical marijuana dispensary for years. She had a lot of training when she first started. She needed to know the CBD training because her dispensary was number one in the area for carrying the CBD oils. She knew all the different side effects for not only the oils, but the strains as well. She did online dispensary sales training for a few months so she could learn how to sell to a customer. Selling is more than just knowing the product, you need to also be able to appeal to the wants and needs of the customer. You need to show them why your product is better than another. This doesn’t just work for marijuana sales, but for all sales. You also need to know how to appeal to a first time medical marijuana patient user. There are a lot of different situations and liabilities to cover. After my mom worked as a budtender for the amount of years that she did, she finally became the manager at the dispensary. She even went through a specific dispensary manager training, much like she did when she first started. She needed to make sure she knew how to properly run her staff of budtenders. I think she got the promotion because of her knowledge on cannabis plus her ability to sell. The first thing she did as a manager was have her entire staff do a dispensary sales team training session, the same one she went through. She wanted to make sure that everyone was on the same level that she started at, and thanks to her decision, her dispensary is number one in the area.
