I love where we live.
My wife and I were lucky enough to be able to buy a 35 acre plot of land from my family.
This is pretty much untouched land and we live way off by ourselves. And we wouldn’t have it any other way. The only thing that would make this even better is if we could move our land to the neighboring state. There, a person can access a cannabis dispensary for both medical marijuana as well as recreational marijuana. Both cannabis products are legal in the state next door. We are still living under arcane cannabis laws that are just so stupid. But it will change. Medical marijuana got very close last election cycle. Yet, driving three hours to access a cannabis dispensary is a lot to be grateful for. That’s one of those things that I wasn’t sure I’d actually ever see happen. My wife and I like to make a bit of a long weekend out of our trips to the cannabis dispensary. There is a local cannabis spot in a town we just love to visit. This place has great restaurants and a really cool boardwalk area around a vast lake. It’s a cool tourist location and it has a great local cannabis spot. So we make reservations for a camping spot near the lake most times. But there are occasions where we reserve a lovely hotel room and just do it up right. After shopping for our cannabis products, we like to share one of the cannabis edibles and walk on the boardwalk. It’s just such a lovely spot.
