Hemp seed oil is not as effective as CBD

Hemp seed oil is not as powerful or effective as actual CBD

As women get older, sleeping becomes extremely difficult. For me, the symptoms of menopause are causing me trouble. I experience many hot flashes at night. I wake up drenched in sweat & start up the window AC. Then I wake up a few minutes later feeling cold & huddling under our covers. I just can’t seem to stay asleep. I have looked into sleeping pills but I don’t like the side effects. I researched online and learned that CBD is used to help women sleep better at night. The CBD oil is recommended to be taken before bed and helps women sleep more peacefully. With further research I found that CBD is an oil that is part of the marijuana plant. I grew up during a time period when marijuana had a stigma. But, for the sake of sleeping better, I was ready to try anything. My state hasn’t legalized cannabis sales, not for medical or recreational purposes. Online I was able to order CBD oil & have it shipped to me. After receiving the oil, sampling it & having no improvement, I went back to the website. According to reviews, all the people were equally unhappy by the oil. It is technically hemp seed oil. That is why I was able to have it shipped to our state. Hemp seed oil is not as powerful or effective as actual CBD. To have access to CBD oil would require me visiting a recreational dispensary & paying a much higher price. I would need to cross state lines & smuggle back. That sounds a bit risky.
