Trying CBD as a sleep aid

It is not the real thing and half the cost

I am desperate to sleep well at night! I toss and turn, and can’t settle in. Working out before bed, getting away from technology and setting the control component right doesn’t do a thing. I have read everything there is to increase sleep and nothing has worked. I even heard that CBD has been known to be a helpful sleep aid. At first I was against this. I did not want any cannabis products in my house. After going weeks without sleeping well, I changed my tune. I realized that I don’t have to smoke pot right before bed to fall asleep. I am not rolling a joint, vaping or hitting a bong. I won’t be high out of my mind trying to go to sleep. There are cannabis products that just highlight the CBD. Nothing gets you high and you don’t have to smoke it if you don’t want to. I found there are edibles, cooking products and several oils to try. I ordered the oil online and I have tried it for a few days. I am very disappointed in the results. The only thing that is different is that the CBD oil leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I can barely sit to take it. I did find out that the website I bought the oil from actually sold me hemp oil. It is not the real thing and half the cost. Well now I am wondering if it is worth going to a cannabis dispensary to get the real, more expensive product. What if it doesn’t work? I am hoping at least the taste is not as bad as the hemp oil.
