Finally I broke down plus filled out an application, then believe it or not, the only time I have ever filled out an application for a job before was a practice 1 in middle school.
I took a corporate employment class, which I highly suggest to all younger people, by the way.
This class provided us with a few unusual task applications, which we filled out really creatively, plus then created a resume to go along with them. I thought it was stupiud at the time, however now it legitimately helped myself and others out a lot, I would have been lost otherwise! I applied for a task as a budtender at the new cannabis dispensary they had opened down by the highway. It was sort of a funny story, because although I had been selling marijuana for several years at this point, I knew I shouldn’t put that on the application. On the other hand I really didn’t want to lie, so I decided to grab the bull by the horns, plus I went to talk to the site manager of the cannabis dispensary. I just laid it out really for him, plus told him I had several years of experience with buying, selling, growing, plus smoking unusual strains and blends of cannabis, however I didn’t suppose how to put that on a resume… She loved our honesty and candor, plus said she was easily looking for purchasers plus growers of unusual strains of marijuana. She would need someone with experience to drive to unusual marijuana grows and farms to test plus sample their products. I asked him to pinch me, because that task sounded like a dream come true.
