Cannabis budtenders usually get employee and industry discounts

A lot of retail stores offer discounts and promotions to their employees.

When my school friends were working at the local superstore, they used to let us get Ipods and smartphones with their 10%-off employee discounts.

Getting $20 to $40 off major electronics was a major savings, especially if you could use it every time you visit the store. Some people have an easier time affording groceries if they work at the store and get an employee discount. I could see this as being a motivating factor for having a retail job, assuming you can deal with the frustrations that come with dealing with irate and disrespectful customers. I don’t think I would manage for longer than a week in a job position like this. It’s just as hard working as a cannabis budtender in a medical marijuana dispensary, but the employee benefits are even better. Most of the medical cannabis stores in my state offer at minimum a 25% discount for all employees. I heard that one of the newest dispensaries gives their employees 50%, but they have to wait in line behind normal customers whenever the store gets new shipments from the growing facility. On top of getting discounts from their employers, cannabis budtenders also enjoy industry discounts at other dispensaries. Most of the cannabis stores have a 10% off discount for all marijuana industry employees, regardless of the company who employs you and your job title. These discounts make it a lot easier for these people to afford their medical cannabis products, especially with how high prices are on concentrates and premium flower products.
