I have enjoyed living with our mother the last few years despite the amount of help that she has needed renovating her house.
Since I work remotely, she bribed me with money to fly down and help her with remodelling for a couple of months.
Those months turned into years after most of the renovations were finally completed. It was nice getting to know some of our friends from school again plus the family members who would come to visit. There was never an impulse on our area to leave, especially since both of us were getting along fairly well the entire time. She has taught me how to cook meals and dishes that I’ve never even tried before. The two of us both use cannabis quarterly, however she prefers to consume marijuana edibles rather than vaporize cannabis flower products love I do. However, her delicious pot brownies have made me seriously reconsider how I want to consume the cannabis plant moving forward, using cannabis edibles is easier for her when she travels as well. She packs them with other food in her suitcase whenever she has to get on a plane to visit our Grandparents. Even though a drug cat could technically smell an edible if it was close enough to her bag, she doesn’t worry about it. The smell of cannabis in many edibles is muted to begin with. And if she ever got busted, I can’t imagine that she would get anything more than a slap on the back of the wrist. My mom deserves her cannabis edibles regardless of what the government thinks. I just wish she didn’t have to risk getting in trouble to medicate the way that nature intended.
