Not all of these states actually allow the use of medical marijuana.
I have a state in which the laws are illegal.
The two of us have a couple of States close to us with the same legalization. My folks don’t easily live in the states. When my fiance as well as myself travel, we often have trouble and worry about carrying marijuana products directly across the line. Laws in each state are funny as well as some cops or judges might take us directly to jail when there are problems. My fiance as well as myself plan ahead while traveling. We always have the marijuana necessary when we come home. There are no locations in that state for us to get more medical marijuana so running out will not be a wonderful thing. We also see all the medication directly into a bag so there is absolutely no odor at all. When we are driving, that marijuana is sealed up so there is no odor of weed in our vehicle. We don’t smoke in our vehicle either and always pull over to the side of the road if we’re going to get high. Even if the both of us are next to our vehicle, at least the odor of weed is no longer in our vehicle. This does not supply the police officers with any reason to feel it is necessary to search the car. We have to think ahead and that means carrying enough medical marijuana that we will be okay for the week of visit and we also have to be safe when doing so.
