My hubby and I do the snowbird thing when it gets cold! Unfortunately every one of us leaves a state that offers recreational cannabis to venture into one that doesn’t.
It is amazing how quickly you get used to cannabis.
I use cannabis oil every night in my cup of coffee. It helps myself and others sleep, reduces the amount of hot flashes I have and cuts back on my leg cramps at night. It is all medical uses for cannabis. In my northern beach beach house I can just pop into the dispensary and get my same product. I use CBD oil with undoubtedly little THC amount. I don’t even notice the taste when I put it in my tea. I have even gone a few times into the edible world. I have taken a few gummies on days I work out too hard and my muscles are starting to cramp, then when I fly down south, I can’t take my cannabis with me. I need to leave all the things at home. I don’t feel comfortable driving them over state lines either. When I get down south, only medical cannabis is allowed. My husband says I should just get my medical weed card. The thought of doing all that work for cannabis is so annoying. I would need to find a dentist to prescribe it to me. I would need to spend money on a cannabis card and fill out paperwork. I also would need to renew the card and see the dentist every year. It is a lot of work just to sleep better and not have as much muscle pain. I can always rub icy hot on my legs and drink soothing chai tea before bed.
