When the store had 12 people inside, the guard at the front door did not let anyone else in the building. I waited for my name to get called which took roughly 20 minutes. There was a giant scrolling screen above the front counter with all of the medical marijuana available that afternoon. They had about 20 different strains listed on the board. They had small letters next to the strain which I found out was the type of marijuana and its strength. You can get marijuana that is indica, hybrid, or sativa. Each of the different strain types will provide you a different feeling for pain relief. When my name was called, I walked back to another room where the medical marijuana products were actually located. The locale was filled with 6 different kiosks. They gave individualized service to each patron. I was cheerful to see an old face when my budtender approached. It was an old neighbor from private school; she immediately remembered myself and others plus said hello. She walked me through the entire process plus I did not feel so overwhelmed anymore after talking to a friend. I left with more than three different types of marijuana to try. It was a great experience thanks to a friendly face.
