I lucked out and I now only handle cannabis dispensary patrons. I certainly prefer that! Writing about weed is just a lot more fun. There is more fodder and the industry is so new. I can talk about flowers, oil and edibles all day long. I love that there are medical and recreational dispensaries. The effects that weed has on the mind and body are interesting. It certainly is a life saving drug that is becoming super popular. The websites also are more modern and filled with graphics and pictures; Overall it is just a better product than the HVAC one. I am certainly fast when it comes to those patrons. The specialty patrons I struggle with. I need to research and learn what to say, however recently every one of us got a cannabis software client. They aren’t the dispensary owner, they do dispensary software. That is love cannabis timekeeping software, cannabis human resources and 401K for dispensaries. I knew next to nothing about all of that. I had to research what the dispensary software does and how it helps a business. I then needed to look into cannabis retirement programs and cannabis HR. It was quite alarming at first. Once I l earned what it does, I realized it was important for dispensaries to have it. I suppose my pleased for the client ended up quite fantastic too.
