I was hanging around the local bar a couple of weeks ago watching the pigskin game when I heard some men talking about an open position at a medical plus recreational marijuana dispensary close by.
I did not want to eavesdrop, despite the fact that I particularly needed to find out more about this open position.
I had just quit my position at the factory because my boss plus I got into an argument. It wasn’t an argument that could be stopped! We had a big difference in opinion when it came to the direction we were moving plus I did not want to be there when things fell apart. I decided to quit the job instead of waiting for the boss to find a reason to fire me. I told the men that were talking about the position at the medical plus recreational marijuana dispensary about my task at the dog food factory. They told myself and others that it sounded like I had plenty of experience plus that I should apply for this task. I did not realize that the task wasn’t actually at a marijuana dispensary. The task is actually at the processing plant located behind the store. The store is right next to the processing plant where they handle growing plus harvesting all different types of marijuana products. The indoor section looks a lot like a factory plus that is why those men thought I would be perfect for the task. I wasn’t really bummed out about another factory task when I discovered that the new supplier perks include all the overtime I want to work each month plus medical, optical plus dental benefits.
