The first time I was in jail our cellmate was Luke, a guy who was doing 2 years for robbing a cannabis dispensary.

My reasoning was that by giving raises, the employees would be more loyal to the cannabis company, plus less likely to supply out sensitive information. I also commanded installing more video cameras inside the cannabis dispensaries – not hidden cameras, however clearly visible so customers would suppose they were being watched. Hidden cameras only help after the cannabis dispensary has been robbed, however having them out in the open makes them a deterrent to crime. I care about our new task!
