Medical marijuana is still illegal in several states

All in all, I am not worried about the laws because I don’t plan on using marijuana for any reason

Can you guess that there are several states still trying to decide on whether to make medical marijuana legal? At this point, I am not sure why there are states that still consider the drug illegal for both recreation & for medical use. Ok, I can understand the states that would rather not make it legal for recreational use, but as far as for medicinal purposes, it makes no sense to me; Especially since medical marijuana is so regulated in the states that have approved it. In order to purchase any medical cannabis, you must have a medical marijuana card. And if you have any cannabis products in your automobile or with you, & you’re stopped by the police, you must present your MMJ card to them. Also, if you have any medical marijuana products, they should be inside the original packaging. This is to prevent individuals from reselling the products on the streets illegally. I don’t have a medical marijuana card, so I won’t be able to legally purchase any medical marijuana products. And if I were to get caught with any products, I could potentially face fines or even jail time depending on the amount, then currently, I live in a state where medical marijuana is only legal for medicinal purposes, so the laws are much stricter here than for those states that approved the use of the drug for recreational use. All in all, I am not worried about the laws because I don’t plan on using marijuana for any reason. However, if you plan on purchasing cannabis products in any state, it’s fine to know the cannabis rules & regulations that apply.
