Turning to smoking cannabis to trim weight

When I told people I planned to smoke cannabis to lose weight, everybody thought I was kidding.

They laughed.

All the various diet programs & exercising never helped me. No matter what, I couldn’t quite snacking. I like to have something to chew on and something to keep my hands busy. I checked online for tips on how to lose weight & I learned that people are using CBD to do it. First, people immediately believe that using pot will cause weight gain because of giving you the munchies. CBD is just a component of the cannabis plant. It isn’t the part of the plant that causes a high sensation & increases appetite. CBD does mellows you out & stabilizes insulin levels. This helps regulate a person’s caloric intake. Mainly CBD helps me to have something to do that isn’t eating. After dinner is a challenging time for me when it comes to snacking. Instead, I light up & smoke for an hour or so. The cravings to snake are diminished. I become relaxed & sleep much better after smoking. Cannabis is not the same thing as it was back ten years ago. I did not have to purchase an unknown product from a drug dealer. I just visited a legal cannabis dispensary & asked for a product to help prevent snacking. I have chosen a mild strain that doesn’t lead to a high sensation. I use a vape that is discreet & wonderful. It is not like I am sitting in someone’s basement smoking a joint. Times have changed for the better.
