Using legal weed to sleep

I have always had trouble sleeping easy at night.

I have gotten a good mattress, bamboo sheets and a gel pillow.

I invested in a sound machine, night mask and even black out blinds. Exercising, eating kiwi, mediating, you name it, I have tried it. No matter I do, I can only sleep around five hours and I wake up around every hour. I go about my day tired, groggy and unhappy. Recently I read an article online about using legal weed to sleep easier at night. Since both medical and recreational cannabis is legal in my state, I decided to give it a try. I popped over to the recreational marijuana store near me to see what they could do. The budtender was amazing at helping me out. Apparently you don’t have to smoke weed to get it in your body. You also don’t need to be high either. I can choose a CBD product that just mellows me out and lets me relax at night. I also can smoke something like a joint, cannabis oil, use a topical or even try and eat it. The world of legal weed was very overwhelming but I thankfully had guidance. The budtender and I deduced that an edible was the best fit for me. He got me cannabis fruit snacks and told me to eat a few before bed everyday. They are apparently supposed to calm me down and allow me to relax. I have only been trying them for about a week but I am cautiously optimistic. I have noticed that I am sleeping better already.
