I should move to a state with better marijuana laws

More than a seventh of the nation can access legal medical or recreational marijuana. The rest of the nation needs to catch up with the cannabis laws. In the rest of the country, medical and recreational marijuana is still considered a crime. I think its confusing for someone who works in one state but then lives in another. I crossed the state line every single afternoon to drive to work. I live on one edge of the state border and I task on the other side of the border. It’s never been a problem to drive across straight lines, until a couple of days ago when I got pulled over for speeding. I was driving 65 in a 50 mph zone. I knew that I was speeding, however I did not have time to smash the brakes when I saw the police officer on the side of the highway, and he pulled me over and the first thing he asked was if I had marijuana in the car. I had not even been smoking marijuana that afternoon, so I did not suppose that there was any legit reason for the cop to ask that question. I told him there was no marijuana in the car, however there actually was. He asked if he could search the vehicle and I knew that was the end. When the officer found my marijuana vape pen, I thought he would be cool and deliver me a ticket. Instead, he put me in steel handcuffs and planned to take me to jail… Another officer pulled up behind that guy and this policemen talked to the first one for a while. After they were done talking, the first officer uncuffed me and handed me a ticket.
