I went on a trip recently with a friend of mine.
We went to a state that is known for three things, beaches, wine and weed.
The two of us wanted to experience it to the fullest. I booked us a hotel on the beach. We enjoyed laying out, swimming in the ocean and the hotel spa services. We then did wine tours and got tipsy in our hotel room with the purchased wine. The recreational weed was a fun experience too. It was neat walking into a place that sold a product that at one time was very much illegal. My buddy and I went hog wild at the first dispensary we stopped at. We bought a ton of edibles, a vape and some cannabis oil. Later in the trip I saw a dispensary that offered an on-site bakery. I was excited to buy from there. I was then denied my purchases. Apparently they track you through your license. You can’t just buy all you want cannabis wise. There is a limit per person. My buddy and I had bought our fill at the very first store. That meant no fresh edibles for us at the bakery. We couldn’t even return the product from the first place either. It was a big bummer on our trip. Next time I go to the recreational weed state, I am going to be careful on what I buy. I don’t want to get maxed out on the first store again. Each dispensary is different and offers unique products. I didn’t even get to experience a vape lounge after all.
