I had to go out of town for a company convention as well as I was gone for 2 weeks.
I was already unhappy that I had to spend two weeks away from my partner as well as our 6-month-old baby.
I told my boss that I didn’t want to take anything that was going to be longer than 5 mornings, because I wanted to be there for my partner as well as the baby, but she begged me to go to the company convention as well as told me that I was the only woman that could represent our dealer. She gave to do whatever it would take to make sure that I was there for the entire 2 weeks. I told my boss that I wanted to take a flight instead of driving 6 hours in a rental car. She agreed to that stipulation. I told my boss that I wanted an updated hotel room that was a suite with an part where I could conduct my business. She agreed to that as well, then when I got to the hotel, the first thing that I did was go upstairs to check out the suite. I had never stayed in a suite before as well as I was excited to see what it would look like. The place was humongous as well as had a king size bed with a separate part that was an office with a computer that was already set up with a special network. The only problem I had was that the hotel room smelled like marijuana. I was in a place with legal recreational marijuana sales as well as the last woman must have been enjoying recreational marijuana in the room. I didn’t want to complain about the smell, so I opened up the balcony doors to get some fresh air inside.
