Annual lost weekend features many edibles

That one actually did turn into a lost weekend, because I barely remember it after ingesting so much cannabis

Back in high school, my buddies and I were a crew. Inseparable, hanging together all the time, but that was then and times have changed. After high school we all had to go our different ways. We were all smart enough to know that we couldn’t let our friendship get in the way of our very diverse futures. Some of us went to college, others went right to work. Thanks to social media we could keep up with each others lives, but we hardly ever saw each other. So we decided to start a new tradition, an annual “lost weekend” where the whole crew rounded up for endless alcohol and marijuana consumption, just like the old days. We had all been champion cannabis smokers back in the day, and no case of beer was safe around us. The lost weekend was the perfect excuse to kick aside all the stress and responsibility of life and get down old-school with some cannabis and some power drinking. Of course we were all older, wiser, and partied differently, so several of us brought edibles instead cannabis to smoke. One year we actually decided to have a marijuana potluck, where we all brought different kinds of THC infused foods. That one actually did turn into a lost weekend, because I barely remember it after ingesting so much cannabis. Listen, I guess this is the time I should say something about using cannabis responsibly, which of course you really should do. Normally I consume a very minimal amount of marijuana on a daily basis… normally.
